We take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade bags and accessories. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
