Lunch Tote
The No.215 Lunch Tote is where ARTIFACT began.
Introduced in 2010, it was the very first product we designed and made. At the time, the idea of a premium canvas lunch tote was virtually nonexistent. The choices were bright nylon lunch bags, bulky plastic coolers, retro lunch boxes, or disposable paper and plastic bags.
Our answer was something different: a thoughtfully designed lunch carrier built from durable waxed canvas, premium leather, and solid brass hardware—made to age gracefully and be used every day.
The design resonated far beyond what we imagined. Shortly after its release, The New York Times described it as "a simple, elegant design." That recognition helped introduce ARTIFACT to a wider audience and gave us the confidence to grow from a single product into the studio we are today.
More than fifteen years later, the No.215 remains a cornerstone of our collection. While many have since followed, this is the original—the product that started it all.
